  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery Time: 1–6 business days (Express)

  • Shipping Fee: Free delivery within Australia

Important Notes:

  • Crowns are not shipped internationally.

  • Full name and accurate address must be provided.

  • If marked “Delivered” but not received, please check with your local post office.

💻 Digital Products – Instant Downloads

Our digital products (wedding planners, vow books, invitations, seating charts, signs, etc.) are delivered instantly worldwide.

  • Editable Canva or Google Sheets templates

  • Print-ready PDFs (high-resolution, CMYK, 300 DPI)

  • Step-by-step PDF guides and video tutorials (where applicable)

Please Note:

  • Digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • If you face any issues accessing or editing, contact us — we’re here to help.

  • Works on all devices (desktop recommended for best experience).

🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • Crowns (Australia only): Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping. Must be unused and in original condition.

  • Digital Products: Non-refundable due to instant access. Support is always available for file or editing issues.

  • Damaged Items: If a crown arrives damaged, send photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund if it’s a manufacturing issue.

✨ Additional Policies

  • Cancellations: Within 12 hours only (if item not shipped).

  • Address Changes: Within 12 hours of purchase (physical orders).

  • Out of Stock: We’ll notify you within 2–3 business days if something becomes unavailable.
