1. Pricing and Availability: Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may update prices and item availability without prior notice. If there's a pricing discrepancy, we'll notify you by email.

2. Returns and Exchanges: 

• Conditions of return
• Buyer can return or exchange this item
• An international buyer must return the item within 14 days of delivery.
• Australian Buyer must return items within 7 days of delivery.
• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items: If you believe an item is faulty or damaged, please return it at your cost for assessment.

• If it's a manufacturing fault, we'll repair, replace, or refund the item.
• Intentional damage or mistreatment won't be refunded, but we can repair items at your cost.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of us receiving the notice.

4. Colour Variance: Please note that colours may appear differently on computer screens. We do our best to represent colours accurately, but variances can occur.

5. Purchase Limits: We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, family, or group.
